Let’s talk goals, movement history, and what training plan is right for you. This is a free consult so you can feel confident moving forward with 1:1 or group coaching.
Small group training (co-ed Options available)
$180 (1x/week) or $360 (2x/week) for 6-week block
Join a small, supportive environment (max 4 people) with workouts that focus on full-body strength, mobility, and core. Perfect for those who want personal attention without the 1:1 cost.
One-on-One Coaching (Women only)
$ Based on package (ask for availability)
Work with Jamie privately to build strength, improve mobility, or train safely around injuries and life demands. Personalized support every step of the way.
Stretch + Mobility
Drop-ins + Class packs available
Gentle movement classes designed to help you improve flexibility, restore your body and prevent injury. Great for recovery days or easing back into movement.
